This is the same B-cell data as in webmatrix.exp. It comes from experiments in the lab of Ricardo Dalla-Favera. Results from a variety of normal and cancerous cell lines are included. Note that webmatrix.exp and this file contain 100 arrays that were drawn at random from 254 arrays in the original dataset. The only change in this file (Bcell-100.exp) is that the various data subsets have been renamed to be more descriptive. The new names are "Class", "Source - short" and "Source - detailed". Additional unused groups were removed.
