Abstract

The basics of analyzing Affymetrix Gene expression data will be introduced. Topics will include the Affymetrix platform and the use of the GCRMA algorithm to normalize gene expression data and the use of the LIMMA algorithm to determine differential expression. These methods will be demonstrated using the AffylmGUI program.
