caBIG Submission to Booze Allen

When submitting caBIG deliverables there are a few steps which should be followed. These steps outlined below:

Commit deliverables to CVS. For us, the repository details are:
- host - cbiocvs2.nci.nih.gov
- path - /share/content/cabig/cvsroot
Go to the Booze Allen secure site at https://camp.bah.com/ and login (you will need to obtain a username and password from them).
Select your task order at the top left (this looks like an input text field, but is actually a drop-down).
On the right-hand side of the screen, select milestone summary.
Select the pertinent milestone and add a description (I usually just put a link here that points to the file from webcvs, like http://cabigcvs.nci.nih.gov/viewcvs/viewcvs.cgi/caworkbenchcabig/Requirements/2.11_Installation_and_Testing.zip). Make sure you add the date submitted manually, as the calender does not work.
Send an email to your mentor to notify him/her you have submitted the deliverables.
