- The .exe can be successfully created with CDT (using both mingw and cygwin), but there is an issue with creating the .dll. More specifically, you can create the dll in eclipse, but you cannot call it successfully from java (I think this is due to some dll dependencies). If you would like to create the .dll and call it from java, use the borland compiler as outlined here.
