Data Node Types

The types of the data node in Project Panel
Currently, there are 7 file formats supported in geWorkbench. After they are opened in geWorkbench, each is represented as a data node. Besides, those, after a analysis, the results are usually represented as sub data node. All the nodes need to considered when the workspace is save, so each type's serialization behavior is relevant.
Everything implements DSDataSet interface, which has may child classes.
Input data types:
- DSMicrosArraySey from file types .exp, .grp, .txt
- DSSequenceSet from file type .fasta
- DSProtreinStructure from file type. pdb
