Changes in 1.6.1

  1. The release includes a new version of CNKB that accesses the Columbia database via a servlet. The version in release 1.6.0 could not communicate with the database from outside of the Columbia firewall.
  2. Online help for the Sequence Retriever component was added.
  3. The GenePix annotation parser was augmented to include more data fields.
  4. Added a missing GenSpace component.
  5. The GenSpace component was moved from the visual area to the command area.
  6. Volcano plot scaling was fixed to display extreme P-values (E-45).
