- Our Anova component use the Anova component from MeV.
- Our Hierarchical Clustering component used to derived from MeV's Hierarchical Clustering component too. But probably a little far a way now.
Usage
Compare result of geWorkbench with MeV
If you want to compare a result from both applications (ex: compare Anova result from both applications, see if they have same result.), you can prepare input data as follow:
prepare data
Affy format is not compatible!!! (tested 09/04/2009) You can use RMA format ex: testdata2log.txt from Hierarchical Clustering System Test 1.6 works fine for both applications. Simply load the data in RMA format to geWorkbench using RMA Express file filter. And load the data in RMA format to MeV using tab delimited file loader.
