Medusa component
Medusa project currently only supports MATLAB implementation. The java implementation used in geWorkbench is in the form of jar files and is not up-to-date. It may be originally implemented by Steve Lianoglou of that group.
A 'shadow' class with the identical name (edu.columbia.ccls.medusa.MedusaLoader) was created in geWorkbench component to 'hide' a bug in medusa Java code that prevents it run Java 6.
