This is implemented as a piece of embedded PHP code in a form's confirmation message on the magnet website.
To log in to the said website to maintain this code, go to http://magnet.c2b2.columbia.edu/index.php?q=user
Use my own credential zji/********* (instead of as admin as I did before).

Follow these steps: Edit the PHP code at WebForm -> FormSettings -> Confirmation message (or paste in the new PHP code).
The URL to redirect to the software confirmation page likes look as (this is an example for geWorkbench + Windows platform): http://magnet.c2b2.columbia.edu/?q=node/44&software=geWorkbench&platform=Windows
Download results can be seen in the tab "Results->Table".
