The text to be added to the "How do I get a PI Account" page on the wiki: Establishing a PI Account with DSBIT is the first step towards using our IT services. It starts with signing a Memorandum of Understanding and the Service Level Agreement (MOU-SLA) document. It defines the scope of IT services provided by DSBIT and sets the level of expectations of the CLIENT, and responsibilities of both parties. A copy of the DSBIT-MOU-SLA.pdf template is available here .
Once the PI has signed the agreement, a copy is sent to your DA/Financial-contact and uploaded into DSBIT Billing System. Rest of the process can be followed up by the Lab Manager designated in the agreement.
