TO USE THE PROJECTOR How to Use the Projector for Presentations:

For PC:

• On the touch screen in the conference room, press the P.C. button. The screen will come down automatically.
• Log onto the PC using your login name and password.

For Mac:

• Press the Mac button on the touch screen
• In the white box, put in your login name and password.
• On the Menu, click Go: Connect to Server.
• In the box, type the following, for example, for lab BT: Smb://isilon.c2b2.columbia.edu/ifs/home/cancer/Lab_BT

For a PC Laptop:

• Connect your laptop to the cable inside the table.
• Press Fn and F5 simultaneously.

For a Mac Laptop:

• Display will adjust automatically.

After each presentation:

• Please log off PC computer and/or Mac computer
• on the touch screen, press “shut down”
• Hit yes, and the screen will go back up.
