The geWorkbench project uses the Mantis defect tracking system [1] for managing bugs and new feature requests:

Submission and editing of defect reports is available only to authorized users (the project management team issues user accounts to all developers working on the project). Guest, read-only access is available to the general public using the credentials listed on the home page of our Mantis installation (follow the URL above).
